The Chocolate Quarter is the redevelopment of the former Cadbury's Chocolate Factory in Keynsham.​

The project consists of three blocks:

Block A - 106 extra care apartments

Block B - 92-bed care home, leisure complex and 30 extra care apartments. 

Block C - Office accommodation and Doctors Surgery

At ground floor level of Block B, the communal facilities include a cinema, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, hair salon, barbershop, bar and conference rooms.
