The project includes the construction of a new performing arts centre and refurbishment of the existing Elton Road Block.

The facilities include an auditorium, dance studio, recording studio, mixing booth, music classrooms and rehearsal spaces.

The auditorium is designed to allow for various seating arrangements , providing space for theatre, dance studio and live music venue.
