The Chocolate Factory forms part of the redevelopment of the redevelopment of the former Cadbury's Chocolate Factory in Keynsham.​

The refurbishment created over 85,000 square foot of office accommodation over six storeys, including a new top floor.

Each floor has been fitted out to Category A standard with air conditioning and exposed services.

A Doctors Surgery has been provided on the ground floor to serve the surrounding residential development
