Located just outside of Ascot in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, BEN  Continuing Care Retirement Community is an award winning development providing a 102-bed care home, 10 cottages, 138 apartments and office accommodation.

The care home, office accommodation and apartments are located in four blocks, all of which are connected via internal walkways and atria.

Facilities on site include restaurant, street cafe, cinema, library, hair salon and multi-faith room. A health and wellbeing spa consists of swimming pool, gym, beauty salon, physiotherapy suite and hydrotherapy pool.

IDP provided the mechanical services design on the project and were also appointed as the BREEAM Assessors. 

​

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of Very Good.
