A new build and refurbishment residential project situated in Fishponds, Bristol.​

The projects goal was to provide an affordable and community-focused development offering dwellings for rent and shared ownership.

​

Six new build homes were created, for which IDP completed a Code for Sustainable Homes assessment with each dwelling achieving Code Level 3.

​

The former chapel-turned-school was converted into six 1-bed studios. These were assessed under the BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment Scheme and achieved a rating of Very Good.
